«The first day began with the assessment of the product range’s relevance versus market needs.  That meant identifying repositioning targets, evaluating costs and determining points of differentiation.

We then assessed the incubator portfolio, identifying the products with strong potential, defining the processes that needed to be put into place and evaluating the cost of product repositioning. 

The last stage involved identifying the possible synergies between the catalogue and incubator products on a technical basis.

We devoted the second day to presenting our recommendations and to rationalising the product portfolio, with an open discussion on the opportunities.»
